Sergio Araníbar - Main Director

Sergio is Main Director in GRZ, he specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law and has extensive experience in the development and execution of commercial and financial transactions. He was a senior associate of KPMG and legal manager of Deloitte Peru, having in both cases professional teams under his direction.

He is a Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Master in Business Law from the same university, occupying the first position. He has been a speaker at various seminars and events at the national level on Corporate Law issues and has made various publications in newspapers and magazines on issues related to both branches of Law.
