Poul has more than 18 years of specialized experience in tax law, finance, transfer pricing, and corporate law. He served as a Partner at Tres R Tax (2024 to May 2025), as a Senior Associate at García Sayán Abogados (2013–2023), and as an Associate at Solari, D’Auriol & Asociados (2010–2013). He has also worked at Vicente Ugarte del Pino Abogados (2009), at Peru’s National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT) (2008), and with the 1st and 3rd Specialized Chambers of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima focused on resolving contentious-administrative proceedings, with an emphasis on tax litigation (2005–2007).

He earned his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). He holds a Master’s in Finance and Corporate Law from the Universidad ESANwith accounting studies at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), and is an active member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT) and the Lima Bar Association.
