Talí is an Associate Director with more than 25 years of professional experience. He has served as both external and in-house legal counsel, as well as Legal Manager, at national and international organizations, including legal work in Peru, Ecuador, and the United States. He has been part of the legal teams of the Vurnbrand Group (Pisopak, Ace/Maestro Home Center, Radio Shack), Ludowieg Andrade & Asociados Abogados, the Inter-American Development Bank, and Siemens (Peru/Ecuador/Bolivia), among others. He specializes in corporate, civil, contractual, administrative, regulatory, and compliance matters.

He earned his law degree from Universidad de Lima, graduating with the distinction of “Outstanding” following the defense of his thesis. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Environmental Law from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign (USA).
