Maritza is a Senior Associate at the firm. She has experience in the corporate practice of leading local law firms, as well as a track record as in-house counsel leading the legal area at Peruvian companies.
She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, as well as advising companies on commercial and corporate matters throughout every stage of their business lifecycle. She also supports due diligence processes and M&A transactions, including the acquisition and sale of companies, mergers, spin-offs, and other corporate reorganizations, among other corporate transactions.

She earned her law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and has specialized training in Corporate Law, Government Procurement, Compliance, and Labor Law. She currently serves as an adjunct at PUCP and is an associate member of the Peruvian Institute of Compliance.
