By Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF, the Price Band System was established for imports of corn, sugar, rice, and dairy products.
Subsequently, through Supreme Decree No. 338-2025-EF, the Customs Tables applicable to the importation of the aforementioned products were updated, with validity until December 31, 2026.
In this regard, it is appropriate to approve the reference prices obtained based on the quotations observed during the period from March 1 to March 31, 2026, as well as the corresponding additional variable duties, as detailed below:
