The Operational Regulations of the “Reactiva Perú” Program are amended
The referenced regulation amends Emergency Decree No. 011-2022, which establishes economic and financial measures aimed at the rescheduling of loans guaranteed under the “REACTIVA PERÚ” Program. The main amendments include the following: (i) The term of the loans rescheduled by ESF (Financial System Entities) may not exceed eighty-four (84) months, including additional grace periods of twenty-four (24) months for companies that are debtors under Reactiva and twelve (12) months for companies in the tourism sector. (ii) The maximum deadline to apply for the rescheduling and the grace period for the loan rescheduling is up to December 31, 2022. (iii) The ESF may begin approving the aforementioned reschedulings after signing with COFIDE the addendum, guarantee agreement, and other documents. (iv) The validity term of REACTIVA PERÚ is eight (8) years, counted from the signing of the trust agreement between the MEF and COFIDE; among others.
