The referenced regulation establishes an increase of S/ 95.00 (ninety-five and 00/100 soles) to the Minimum Living Wage for workers subject to the private-sector labor regime. Consequently, the Minimum Living Wage will increase from S/ 930.00 (nine hundred thirty and 00/100 soles) to S/ 1,025.00 (one thousand twenty-five and 00/100 soles).

The increase will take effect as of May 1, 2022.
