The referenced regulation provides for a mandatory social curfew until January 16, 2022, depending on the alert level by department, as follows: (i) moderate alert level: the curfew will be from 02:00 to 04:00; (ii) high alert level: the curfew will be from 23:00 to 04:00; (iii) very high alert level: the curfew will be from 22:00 to 04:00; and (iv) extreme alert level: the curfew will be from 21:00 to 04:00 from Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays from 04:00 to 04:00.

It should be noted that both Lima and Callao are at the high alert level, as detailed in the alert-level table contained in Article 1 of the regulation discussed herein.
