First, it should be noted that the Price Band System was established through Supreme Decrees No. 0016-91-AG and No. 115-2002-EF.

Through Supreme Decree No. 317-2023-EF, the Customs Tables applicable to the importation of corn, sugar, and dairy products were updated, with validity from 01/01/2024 to 12/31/2024. Likewise, it was established that the Customs Table applicable to the importation of rice would be valid until 12/31/2024.

Accordingly, it is necessary to approve the update of the Customs Tables applicable to the importation of corn, sugar, and dairy products, in order to establish validity from 01/01/2025 to 12/31/2025; likewise, for the Customs Table applicable to the importation of rice.
