1. The referenced regulation provides that from 2:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5 of the current year, mandatory confinement (immobilization) is ordered for all persons in their homes in the districts of Metropolitan Lima (Department of Lima) and the Constitutional Province of Callao.
2. Only vehicular and pedestrian movement will be allowed for people who require urgent or emergency medical care due to being in serious risk to their life or health, as well as for the purchase of medicines.
