Amends the General Sales Tax (IGV) and Selective Consumption Tax (ISC) Law
The Congress of the Republic approved Law No. 32542, which amends Article 7 of the General Sales Tax (IGV) and Selective Consumption Tax (ISC) Law, in order to extend the validity of the exemptions provided in Appendices I and II.
The rule provides that these exemptions will remain in effect through December 31, 2028.
Effective date: January 1, 2026
