Certain districts in the departments of Ayacucho and Huancavelica are expressly included within the scope of the benefits under the Amazon Law.
In Ayacucho, the districts of Sivia, Ayahuanco, Llochegua, and Canayre (Huanta Province) and Ayna, San Miguel, Santa Rosa, Samugari, Unión Progreso, and Anchihuay (La Mar Province) are included. In Huancavelica, the districts of Huachocolpa, Lambras, and Tintay Puncu (Tayacaja Province) are incorporated.
