Reference prices and additional variable duties referred to in Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF are approved

Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF establishes the Price Band System for imports of the products listed in its Annex I (corn/maize, sugar, rice, and whole milk powder).

Through Supreme Decree No. 86-2024-EF, the Customs Tables applicable to the importation of maize, sugar, and dairy products are updated, and it is provided that they shall remain in force until 31.12.2025. It is also provided that the Customs Table applicable to the importation of rice, approved by Supreme Decree No. 152-2018-EF, shall remain in force until 31.12.2025.

Accordingly, through this Resolution it is appropriate to approve the reference prices obtained based on the quotations observed during the period from 1 to 31 December 2024, as well as the respective additional variable duties, as shown below:
