Reference prices and additional variable duties referred to in Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF are approved for imports of corn, sugar, rice, and whole milk powder

Through Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF, the Price Band System is established for imports of the products indicated in Annex I; subsequently, through Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF, Articles 2, 4 and 7 were amended, as well as Annexes II and III of the aforementioned regulation.

Through Supreme Decree No. 286-2024-EF, the Customs Tables applicable to the import of corn, sugar and dairy products were updated, indicating that they will be valid until 31.12.2025; the same validity applies to the Customs Table for rice.

Accordingly, based on the quotations observed during the period from 1 to 28 February 2025 and the respective additional variable duties, this Vice-Ministerial Resolution approves the reference prices and the additional variable duties referred to in Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF, as indicated below:
