By means of Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF, the Price Band System for imports of corn, sugar, rice, and dairy products was established. Subsequently, through Supreme Decree No. 055-2016-EF, amendments were introduced to the aforementioned regulation in articles 2, 4, and 7, as well as subsection 3 of Annex I and subsections 1, 2, and 3 of Annex III of said regulation.
Likewise, through Supreme Decree No. 338-2025-EF, the Customs Tables for imports of corn, sugar, rice, and dairy products were updated, remaining in force until 31.12.2026.
Accordingly, through this Ministerial Resolution, the reference prices and additional variable duties corresponding to the period from 1 to 28.02.2026 are approved, as set out below:
