Reference prices and additional variable duties are approved for imports of corn, sugar, rice, and whole milk powder

By Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF, the Price Band System was established for certain agricultural products.

By Supreme Decree No. 286-2024-EF, the Customs Tables for the importation of corn, sugar, and dairy products were updated, and their validity was extended until 12/31/2025, as was the validity of the Customs Table for rice.

In accordance with Articles 4 and 7 of Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF, the reference prices, as well as the additional variable duties, must be published through a Ministerial Resolution.

Accordingly, it is necessary to approve the reference prices obtained based on the quotations observed during the period from April 1 to April 30, 2025, and the corresponding additional variable duties, as indicated below:
