Through Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF, the Price Band System was established for imports of corn, sugar, rice, and dairy products.
Subsequently, through Supreme Decree No. 338-2025, the Customs Tables applicable to imports of corn, sugar, rice, and dairy products were updated and will remain in force until December 31, 2026.
Accordingly, the reference prices determined based on the quotations observed during the period from June 1 to June 30, 2026, as well as the corresponding additional variable duties, must be approved as set forth below:
