Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF established the Price Band System applicable to the importation of certain products, whose mechanism provides for the application of reference prices and additional variable duties.
Subsequently, Supreme Decree No. 338-2025-EF updated the Customs Tables applicable to imports of corn, sugar, rice, and dairy products, effective until December 31, 2026.
Accordingly, the reference prices and additional variable duties must be approved periodically, based on the quotations observed during the corresponding period from August 1 to August 31, 2026.
In this regard, this Vice-Ministerial Resolution approves the reference prices and additional variable duties corresponding to the Price Band System established by Supreme Decree No. 115-2001-EF, as set forth below:
