Rony Arancibia - Senior Associate
Rony is a senior associate at the firm. He was head of customs at Latam Peru. Rony has specialized in customs and tax law. He mainly focuses on advice on legal aspects of foreign trade and in procedures in customs matters before the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT). He provides support to companies in obtaining accreditations and authorizations to be certified as Foreign Trade Operators (FTO) and Authorized Economic Operators (AEO).
He has a Law degree from the Universidad Nacional San Antonio Abad of Cusco, and a master’s degree in taxation and tax policy from the Universidad de Lima. Rony is a customs agent certified by SUNAT.
