{"id":1734,"date":"2025-07-27T16:51:45","date_gmt":"2025-07-27T16:51:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/?p=1734"},"modified":"2026-03-05T23:56:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T23:56:35","slug":"resolucion-de-superintendencia-n-000248-2025-sunat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/en\/resolucion-de-superintendencia-n-000248-2025-sunat\/","title":{"rendered":"Superintendency Resolution No. 000248-2025\/SUNAT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>THE SPECIFIC PROCEDURE \u201cIMPORTATION OF GOODS SUBJECT TO THE AMENDING PROTOCOL TO THE PERUVIAN\u2013COLOMBIAN CUSTOMS COOPERATION AGREEMENT\u201d DESPA-PE.01.13 (VERSION 3) IS APPROVED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By means of Superintendency Resolution No. 000106-2021\/SUNAT, the specific procedure \u201cImportation of goods subject to the Amending Protocol to the Peruvian\u2013Colombian Customs Cooperation Agreement\u201d DESPA-PE.01.13 (Version 2) was approved, which sets out the guidelines to be followed for the customs clearance of goods destined for the import-for-consumption regime that benefit from the Amending Protocol to the Peruvian\u2013Colombian Customs Cooperation Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, in order to adapt to the operations of the Chancay Multipurpose Port Terminal, to incorporate the Port of Chancay as an authorized place for the indirect entry of goods into the zone established in the Agreement, and to establish that\u2014in such case\u2014the submission of a bank or financial guarantee letter ensuring payment of the import taxes on goods destined for consumption in said zone shall be made before the Chancay Customs Intendancy, the Regulations of the General Customs Law were amended and, consequently, Article 2 of Supreme Decree No. 15-94-EF\u2014which sets out measures to ensure compliance with the obligations assumed by Peru under the Customs Cooperation Agreement with Colombia\u2014was amended, as well as Article 1 of Supreme Decree No. 029-2001-EF.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, in order to align with the regulatory changes mentioned above, it is necessary to approve a new version of the specific procedure \u201cImportation of goods subject to the Amending Protocol to the Peruvian\u2013Colombian Customs Cooperation Agreement\u201d DESPA-PE.01.13.
