{"id":2072,"date":"2025-12-15T19:48:37","date_gmt":"2025-12-15T19:48:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/?p=2072"},"modified":"2026-03-05T23:48:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T23:48:16","slug":"ley-n-32527","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/en\/ley-n-32527\/","title":{"rendered":"Law No. 32527"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LAW DELEGATING TO THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH THE POWER TO LEGISLATE ON PUBLIC SECURITY AND THE FIGHT AGAINST ORGANIZED CRIME, RESPONSIBLE ECONOMIC GROWTH, AND INSTITUTIONAL STRENGTHENING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Law No. 32527 has been published, delegating to the Executive Branch the authority to legislate on tax matters (among other areas)\nfor a period of 60 calendar days, counted from its entry into force on December 15, 2025.
