{"id":2497,"date":"2024-06-17T17:20:43","date_gmt":"2024-06-17T17:20:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/?p=2497"},"modified":"2026-04-29T17:20:56","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T17:20:56","slug":"decreto-supremo-n-106-2024-ef-se-aprueban-nuevas-disposiciones-relativas-al-metodo-para-determinar-el-monto-de-percepcion-del-igv-tratandose-de-la-importacion-de-bienes-considerados-me","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/en\/decreto-supremo-n-106-2024-ef-se-aprueban-nuevas-disposiciones-relativas-al-metodo-para-determinar-el-monto-de-percepcion-del-igv-tratandose-de-la-importacion-de-bienes-considerados-me\/","title":{"rendered":"Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 106-2024-EF \u2013 SE APRUEBAN NUEVAS DISPOSICIONES RELATIVAS AL M\u00c9TODO PARA DETERMINAR EL MONTO DE PERCEPCI\u00d3N DEL IGV TRAT\u00c1NDOSE DE LA IMPORTACI\u00d3N DE BIENES CONSIDERADOS MERCANC\u00cdAS SENSIBLES DE FRAUDE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El m\u00e9todo para determinar el monto de la percepci\u00f3n del IGV trat\u00e1ndose de la importaci\u00f3n de bienes considerados como mercanc\u00edas sensibles al fraude, se encuentra regulado en el numeral 19.3 de la Ley N\u00b0 29173 (en adelante, la Ley) \u2013 R\u00e9gimen de Percepciones del Impuesto General a las Ventas (IGV).<\/p>\n<p>Mediante el presente Decreto Supremo:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Se aprueba una nueva relaci\u00f3n de subpartidas nacionales de los bienes considerados mercanc\u00edas sensibles al fraude, los cuales son aquellos que se encuentran clasificados en subpartidas nacionales que presentan un alto riesgo de declaraci\u00f3n incorrecta o incompleta del valor y se determinar\u00e1n seg\u00fan los criterios establecidos en el numeral 19.3.2 de la Ley.<\/li>\n<li>Se aprueba la metodolog\u00eda para la determinaci\u00f3n del valor FOB referencial, este se determina a nivel de subpartida nacional, calcul\u00e1ndose la mediana de los valores unitarios registrados correspondientes al a\u00f1o calendario inmediato anterior de cada subpartida nacional, la cual constituye el valor FOB referencial de dicha subpartida;
