{"id":2642,"date":"2026-05-29T14:26:57","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T14:26:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/?p=2642"},"modified":"2026-05-29T14:26:57","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T14:26:57","slug":"decreto-supremo-n-023-2026-re-se-ratifica-el-tratado-de-libre-comercio-entre-la-republica-del-peru-y-la-republica-de-guatemala-y-el-protocolo-al-tratado-de-l","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/en\/decreto-supremo-n-023-2026-re-se-ratifica-el-tratado-de-libre-comercio-entre-la-republica-del-peru-y-la-republica-de-guatemala-y-el-protocolo-al-tratado-de-l\/","title":{"rendered":"SUPREME DECREE No. 023-2026-RE \u2013 THE\n\u201cFREE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF\nPERU AND THE REPUBLIC OF GUATEMALA\u201d AND THE \u201cPROTOCOL TO THE\nFREE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF\nPERU AND THE REPUBLIC OF GUATEMALA\u201d ARE RATIFIED"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The \u201cFree Trade Agreement between the Republic of Peru and the Republic of Guatemala\u201d was signed on 12.06.2011 in the city of\nGuatemala, while the \u201cProtocol to the Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Peru and the Republic of Guatemala\u201d was\nsigned on 04.23.2025 in the city of Lima. The regulation states that both instruments are convenient for the interests\nof Peru and specifies; likewise, it is indicated that the decree is excluded from the scope of the Ex Ante RIA in accordance with the Regulations\nof Legislative Decree No. 1565.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, it is relevant to mention that the objectives of the Treaty are to promote the expansion and diversification of trade between\nthe parties, eliminate unnecessary obstacles to trade and facilitate the exchange of goods and services, foster conditions\nof free competition and increase investment opportunities.
