{"id":2660,"date":"2026-06-15T14:17:42","date_gmt":"2026-06-15T14:17:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/?p=2660"},"modified":"2026-06-15T14:17:42","modified_gmt":"2026-06-15T14:17:42","slug":"resolucion-de-superintendencia-n-000113-2026-sunat-prorrogan-excepcionalmente-el-plazo-de-presentacion-de-la-declaracion-jurada-informativa-reporte-local-formulario-virtual-n-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/en\/resolucion-de-superintendencia-n-000113-2026-sunat-prorrogan-excepcionalmente-el-plazo-de-presentacion-de-la-declaracion-jurada-informativa-reporte-local-formulario-virtual-n-3\/","title":{"rendered":"SUPERINTENDENCY RESOLUTION NO. 000113-2026\/SUNAT \u2013 EXCEPTIONALLY EXTENDS THE DEADLINE FOR FILING THE INFORMATIVE SWORN STATEMENT LOCAL FILE \u2013 VIRTUAL FORM NO. 3560, CORRESPONDING TO TAXABLE YEAR 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As a reminder, pursuant to subsection g) of Article 32-A of the Income Tax Law, taxpayers falling within the scope of application of said article, whose accrued income during the taxable year exceeds two thousand three hundred (2,300) Tax Units (UIT), must annually file the Informative Sworn Statement Local File regarding transactions that generate taxable income and\/or deductible costs or expenses for the determination of the tax.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, the Informative Sworn Statement Local File corresponding to taxable year 2025 was required to be filed according to the due date schedule for the May 2026 tax period.
