{"id":2767,"date":"2026-08-29T09:54:55","date_gmt":"2026-08-29T09:54:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/?p=2767"},"modified":"2026-08-31T14:57:26","modified_gmt":"2026-08-31T14:57:26","slug":"decreto-supremo-n-009-2026-mincetur-se-dispone-la-puesta-en-ejecucion-del-acuerdo-de-libre-comercio-entre-la-republica-del-peru-y-hong-kong-china-y-la-carta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/en\/decreto-supremo-n-009-2026-mincetur-se-dispone-la-puesta-en-ejecucion-del-acuerdo-de-libre-comercio-entre-la-republica-del-peru-y-hong-kong-china-y-la-carta\/","title":{"rendered":"SUPREME DECREE No. 009-2026-MINCETUR \u2013 IMPLEMENTATION OF THE \u201cFREE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF PERU AND HONG KONG, CHINA\u201d AND THE \u201cSIDE LETTER TO THE FREE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF PERU AND HONG KONG, CHINA ON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Peru and Hong Kong, China, and the Side Letter on Professional Services were signed in Lima on November 15, 2024, and subsequently ratified by Supreme Decree No. 030-2026-RE on July 15, 2026.\n\nThe Agreement is expected to promote investment from Hong Kong into Peru and covers trade in goods, trade in services, investment, intellectual property, among other areas, with the aim of providing a stable legal and commercial framework for Peruvian exporters and investors.<\/p>\n<p>Following the corresponding written notifications between both Parties and the completion of their respective internal procedures, it was agreed that the Agreement and the Side Letter would enter into force on September 1, 2026.
