Dicho Acuerdo permitir\u00e1 atraer inversi\u00f3n de Hong Kong al Per\u00fa, y abarcar\u00e1 el comercio de bienes, comercio de servicios, inversi\u00f3n, propiedad intelectual, entre otros temas; a fin de brindar un marco legal y comercial estable para los exportadores e inversionistas peruanos.<\/p>\n<p>Efectuadas las notificaciones escritas correspondientes entre ambas Partes y luego de haber completado los procedimientos internos correspondientes, se acord\u00f3 que el Acuerdo y la Carta Paralela entren en vigor el 01.09.2026, por lo que corresponder\u00eda disponer su puesta en ejecuci\u00f3n.
