L\u00c1CTEOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mediante El Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 115-2001-EF se estableci\u00f3 el Sistema de Franja de Precios aplicable a la importaci\u00f3n de determinados productos, cuyo mecanismo contempla la aplicaci\u00f3n de precios de referencia y derechos variables adicionales.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, mediante el Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 338-2025-EF se actualizaron las Tablas Aduaneras aplicables a la importaci\u00f3n de ma\u00edz, az\u00facar, arroz y l\u00e1cteos, con vigencia hasta el 31.12.2026.<\/p>\n<p>En atenci\u00f3n a ello, corresponde aprobar peri\u00f3dicamente los precios de referencia y los derechos variables adicionales, tomando como base las cotizaciones observadas durante el periodo correspondiente del 01 al 31 de agosto de 2026.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, mediante la presente Resoluci\u00f3n Viceministerial se aprueban los precios de referencia y los derechos variable adicionales correspondientes al Sistema de Franja de Precios establecido por el Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 115-2001-EF, tal como se se\u00f1ala a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2793 aligncenter\"
