{"id":771,"date":"2025-04-07T03:22:55","date_gmt":"2025-04-07T03:22:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/?p=771"},"modified":"2026-03-05T23:58:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T23:58:38","slug":"resolucion-directoral-n-d000017-2025-midagri-senada-ds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/en\/resolucion-directoral-n-d000017-2025-midagri-senada-ds\/","title":{"rendered":"Director\u2019s Resolution No. D000017-2025-MIDAGRI-SENADA-DS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"entry-title\">MANDATORY PHYTOSANITARY REQUIREMENTS ARE ESTABLISHED FOR THE IMPORTATION OF ADZUKI BEAN GRAINS AND COWPEA (CAUP\u00cd) BEANS OF ORIGIN AND PROVENANCE FROM THE FEDERATIVE REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Due to the interest in importing into our country adzuki bean grains (Vigna angularis) and cowpea (caup\u00ed) beans of origin and provenance from the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Subdirectorate of Risk Analysis and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Plant Health Directorate of SENASA prepared two reports, namely: Report ARP No. 039-2022-MIDAGRI-SENASA-DSV-SARVF and Report ARP No. 028-2023-MIDAGRI-SENASA-DSV-SARVF, in order to have the technical support that allows establishing the phytosanitary requirements for the importation of the aforementioned products.<\/p>\n<p>In that regard, through Memorandum No. D000128-2025-MIDAGRI-SENASA-DSV-SCV, the Subdirectorate of Plant Quarantine states that the phytosanitary requirements for the importation of the bean grains indicated above are consistent with and based on the reports. Likewise, it was indicated that the phytosanitary requirements were agreed upon with the phytosanitary authority of the aforementioned country and that there is interest in initiating trade exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, through this Resolution, mandatory phytosanitary requirements are established for the importation of the products mentioned, as detailed below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The shipment must have an import phytosanitary permit issued by the National Agrarian Health Service (SENASA), obtained by the importer prior to certification and shipment in the country of origin and provenance.<\/li>\n<li>The shipment must be accompanied by an official phytosanitary certificate, which must include the additional declaration and the pre-shipment (pre-embarkation) treatment.<\/li>\n<li>Packaging must be new and properly labeled with the product name and the name of the country of origin.<\/li>\n<li>Shipments must be palletized and transported in clean, closed containers or trucks.<\/li>\n<li>Pallets must be free of bark and comply with quarantine regulations for the entry of wood packaging.<\/li>\n<li>A phytosanitary inspection will be carried out at the point of entry into the country.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To view the full Resolution, please click the following link:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/4wvrjrc7\">https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/4wvrjrc7<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SE ESTABLECEN REQUISITOS FITOSANITARIOS DE CUMPLIMIENTO OBLIGATORIO PARA LA IMPORTACI\u00d3N DE GRANOS DE FREJOL ADZUKI Y FREJOL CAUP\u00cd DE ORIGEN Y PROCEDENCIA DE LA REP\u00daBLICA FEDERATIVA DE BRASIL &nbsp;
