{"id":793,"date":"2022-09-30T03:38:11","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T03:38:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/?p=793"},"modified":"2026-03-06T00:02:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T00:02:05","slug":"ds-no-118-2022-pcm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/en\/ds-no-118-2022-pcm\/","title":{"rendered":"SUPREME DECREE No. 118-2022-PCM"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\">\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\">The State of Emergency is extended due to the impacts of COVID-19<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><main id=\"main\" class=\"site-main\"><\/p>\n<article id=\"post-5259\" class=\"post-5259 post type-post status-publish format-standard hentry category-informativos category-legal\">\n<div class=\"inside-article\">\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>The referenced regulation extends the State of Emergency for thirty-one (31) calendar days, starting October 1, 2022. It also provides that the use of face masks will be mandatory only in healthcare facilities, public transport service vehicles, enclosed establishments without ventilation, and for all persons who show respiratory symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that offenders who have not paid their fines for failing to comply with the rules during the State of Emergency are barred from carrying out any procedure before any State entity.
