{"id":894,"date":"2024-12-27T18:53:00","date_gmt":"2024-12-27T18:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/?p=894"},"modified":"2026-03-06T00:01:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T00:01:22","slug":"decreto-supremo-n-286-2024-ef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grzasociados.com\/en\/decreto-supremo-n-286-2024-ef\/","title":{"rendered":"Supreme Decree No. 286-2024-EF"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\">\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\">CUSTOMS TABLES UPDATE FOR THE IMPORTATION OF RICE, CORN, SUGAR, AND DAIRY PRODUCTS IS APPROVED<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>First, it should be noted that the Price Band System was established through Supreme Decrees No. 0016-91-AG and No. 115-2002-EF.<\/p>\n<p>Through Supreme Decree No. 317-2023-EF, the Customs Tables applicable to the importation of corn, sugar, and dairy products were updated, with validity from 01\/01\/2024 to 12\/31\/2024. Likewise, it was established that the Customs Table applicable to the importation of rice would be valid until 12\/31\/2024.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, it is necessary to approve the update of the Customs Tables applicable to the importation of corn, sugar, and dairy products, in order to establish validity from 01\/01\/2025 to 12\/31\/2025;
