Jhair Herrera - Associate Director
Jhair is an associate director at the firm. He has been an associate and senior lawyer at KPMG Peru and Deloitte Peru, respectively. Jhair has specialized in corporate and civil equity law, giving legal advice to local and foreign companies, merger and acquisition processes, corporate planning, comprehensive contractual advice, due diligence processes and different administrative processes before the National Institute of the Defense of Free Competition and Intellectual Property Protection (Indecopi) and the National Superintendency of Public Registries. He has participated in the defense of clients in commercial arbitration.
He has a Law degree (graduated with honors) from the Universidad de Lima, and a master’s degree in Corporate Law from the same university with a summa cum laude mention.
