The entry into force of the repeal of the exception that allowed the transportation of goods entering the country from certain port terminals to customs warehouses or primary zones to be supported by the “exit ticket” is postponed.
With this amendment, said repeal will no longer take effect on July 1, 2026, but rather on November 1, 2026, allowing, on an exceptional basis, the transportation of goods related to foreign trade operations to continue being supported by the aforementioned ticket until October 31, 2026.
The measure seeks to grant an additional period for electronic issuers to adapt their procedures and systems to the issuance of the sender’s delivery guide, in accordance with the regulations in force.
